As a complex and strategic human activity, aviation refers to the flying activities of an aircraft in the Earth's atmosphere,as well as some related areas, such as education, industrial manufacturing, public transportation, professional operations, aviation sports, national defense military, government management, etc.Aviation activities are inseparable from the support of aircraft. As an important class of aircraft, airplane has played a very important role in the military and civilian fields. Therefore, the problem of flight safety has attracted a lot of attention.Flight safety depends on the close cooperation of the three elements of “people, machine, and environment”.With the rapid development of the aviation field, the "human" factor has played an increasingly prominent role in the entire flight process. With special professional requirements, pilots need to work in the special environment with high-altitude,high-speed,high-load.What's more, according to professional requirements, pilots should understand the equipment performance, master the technical operation, and strictly abide by the rules and regulations,in order to face sudden crisis. So it is even more necessary to ensure pilots have good psychological quality and resilience. Therefore, how to test and effectively improve the pilot's psychological state when performing a mission is of great significance.Because human beings' cognition of psychology is relatively late, the current research on the evaluation of psychological states is elementary. The studies are mostly conducted in the form of psychological tests and questionnaires.Due to the limitations of the scope of application, the monotonous form of questionnaires, and the subjective factors, the experimental results often have deviations, which are not objective and accurate. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an effective method to assess the psychological state of t he human body. This article will evaluate the pilot's psychological state based on physiological signals and carry out the following research work around the subject:Firstly, the paper makes a detailed description of the theoretical basis of physiological signal analysis and processing. In order to ensure the physiological significance of the collected physiological signals, this paper discusses the physiological mechanism of psychological stress. Then ECG,PPG,SCL are chosen as the signals for analyzing,After that, this paper analyzes the generation, waveform, and characteristics of various types of physiological signals to ensure that the collected signals are accurate.Secondly, with mental state induction, this paper realizes the synchronous acquisition of physiological signals under two states of stress and relaxation. Then the paper makes a pretreatment of ECG,PPG,SCL with the theory of the wavelet transform.Thirdly, according to the respective characteristics of physiological signals, the time-domain,frequency-domain,and nonlinear features of ECG,PPG,SCL are extracted.Comparing the two sets of eigenvalues, the paper makes a preliminary ConclusionsFinally, this paper combines the three typical physiological signals of ECG,PPG,and SCL.Based on the decision-level fusion algorithm combined with DS evidence theory and SVM,the psychological pressure can be effectively evaluated.
