Gas turbine,as the world top class technology manufacturing product,has the characteristics of cleanliness,high efficiency,energy saving and high reliability.It plays a very important role in the field of energy and environmental protection in the future.Gas turbine is mainly composed of compressor,combustor and turbine.The combustion chamber as the bearing part of the highest temperature,its performance is demanding,and the transition piece as combustion chamber plays a key component of high temperature and high gas velocity and direction change of the role of high temperature gas flow speed directly on the surface of the transition piece member at the same time,in the work process has been eroded by corrosive medium,and the working hours long,high requirements of mechanical properties and manufacturing technology of transition piece components is presented.In this paper,the forming process of a nickel base superalloy transition member is studied with two different two kinds of transition pieces as the object.Based on the analysis of two kinds of splitting and forming schemes for transition components,the best split plan is sought,and the selection principles and methods of the split line are determined.After splitting,the transition unit parts are relatively easy to form,and the molding structure is simple and the processing economy is high.Study on the structure and component of the forming process of drawing the transition piece of the relationship between total length and size of L showed that the ratio of W/D,(N1+N2)/D and a transition component of different transition component forming process differences,can be divided into the transition pieces forming bending correction forming,bending correction,drawing forming of box shaped drawing,and the main the parameters of the corresponding mold structure selection points according to the forming process of the corresponding establishment.Through the comparison and analysis of the material of two kinds of transition pieces,it is believed that the stability of the drawing process of the N263 material is better than that of the HAST X.Through the transition component drawing on two kinds of different types of forming quality research and analysis,found that prone to thickening in the punch "trough" position,when the thickness reaches a certain extent,the formation of fold;in the side wall near the die fillet position,prone to thinning,thinning when the amount reaches a certain level,the formation of the tear.The analysis of the forming test shows that the adjustment of the gap of the die and the modification of the corner of the blank can effectively improve the quality of the drawing forming of the transition member.When the difference value of the thickness direction coefficient is relatively large,the rolling direction has a greatinfluence on the drawing quality of the transition piece.
