With the rapid development of urban construction in China, the problems caused by the hardening of urban ground are becoming more and more obvious. Most of today's urban construction in the excessive use of impermeable pavement cause urban waterlogging frequently, city water environment worsening and so on a series of problems,it all can take advantage of the permeable pavement concrete material do to solve. However, compared with the study of permeable concrete abroad, the research on permeable concrete in China is relatively backward. It is necessary to consider the durability of the permeable concrete in north China. Therefore it is necessary to study the durability of permeable concrete. This topic mainly studies the water cement ratio, the dosage of cement, sand ratio and dosage of silica fume on the permeable concrete mechanics performance, the influence of the permeable performance and durability performance,The effects of various factors on the properties of permeable concrete are analyzed. The evaluation method of durability performance of permeable concrete is explored.Use the statistics way to analysis the relationship between the density of permeable concrete and its durability performance and water permeability. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the concrete were increased with the decrease of water cement ratio, the increase of cement content. The sand rate and the decrease of silica fume content make the mechanical properties of concrete have a tendency to increase and decrease first. The permeability coefficient of water permeable permeability increases with the decrease of water cement ratio, the decrease of cement dosage, the decrease of sand rate and the decrease of silica fume content. In this paper, the relationship between the compressive strength and the compressive strength of water permeable concrete was analyzed by using statistical analysis.
