Mechanical assembly is the last stage of the product manufacturing process,which plays an important role in the manufacturing process.The quality of the product is guaranteed by assembly work.The assembly process has a series of assembly processes,which are performed in the desired sequence of operations.There is a large number of connections in the assembly process.When problems arise,we need to improve the product design,Component assembly connection design is particularly important,but the key is to get support of innovative design methods,so it is very necessary to carry out the research on the improvement of innovation design method of connecting structure.First,this paper analyzes the standard model of knowledge representation and the knowledge network which based on the standard model of knowledge representation and its characteristics,and clarifies the composition and function of the Knowledge Skeleton Tree(KST).This paper expounds the general framework and composing principle of Connection Knowledge Skeleton Tree(CKST),and analyzes the feasibility of improving the connection relationship by using the CKST.This paper analyzes the method of qualitative evaluation the performance of the assembly and connection relation of product parts.By analyzing the connection relation of parts,the description graph of the connection relation is established.Based on the principle of Substance-Field Model(SFM)of TRIZ and the description graph of the connection relationship of parts,the SFM of parts connecting structure is established.The six kinds of common solutions of SFM in TRIZ theory are improved which is applied to the analysis of product parts connection and improvement design.Combining the CKST and its search algorithm,a new improved design method of the connection between the parts and components of the product,which is based on the SFM of TRIZ and the CKST named SF&CKST,is proposed.Finally,examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility of the method which proposed in this paper.
