Research On Spindle Unbalance Self-test Method Of CNC Machine Tool

With the "intelligent manufacturing" concept of industrial production is widely concerned by the international community,as one of the core manufacturing industry,the performance of CNC machine tool have also been mentioned a new height.CNC machine tools high-speed,high-precision and high-efficient has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of spindle unbalance which has great influence on the CNC machining accuracy.The purpose of this paper is to study the unbalanced test method which can be integrated into the numerical control machine tool.Through the accurate extraction of the spindle unbalance amplitude and phase of the CNC machine tool,the function of the spindle unbalanced self-test of the CNC machine tool is realized.First of all,analyzed the current situation of the research on the spindle unbalance test method of CNC machine tools,and put forward the necessity and significance of the research of NC spindle unbalance self-test method.Based on the study of spindle unbalance test principle and algorithm,the cross-correlation algorithm was chosen as the core algorithm of spindle unbalance self-test of CNC machine tool,and the optimization scheme of such as software full period truncation of traditional cross-correlation algorithm was proposed to improve the accuracy of unbalance measurement.Secondly,the LabVIEW unbalance test simulation system was designed.The influence of various interfering signals on the cross-correlation algorithm is analyzed and the accuracy of the cross-correlation algorithm was verified by simulating the spindle unbalance test.At the same time,the influence of sampling frequency on the stability of cross-correlation algorithm was studied.Then,through the construction of CNC machine tool spindle motor test platform,the feasibility of NC spindle unbalance test method proposed in this paper was verified experimentally.Finally,based on the secondary development technology of CNC system,the spindle unbalanced self-test method of CNC machine tool was applied to Huazhong 8 CNC machine tool.The spindle unbalance self-test module integrated in HNC-8 CNC machine tool has been successfully developed.
