Research On The Design Of Warp Knitted Seamless Fabric And Its Related Properties

The warp knitted seamless fabric has the characteristics of fine pattern and distinct level,and the production efficiency is high by using the seamless warp knitting technology.But the domestic design of warp knitting seamless fabric products exist in the same serious situation,and the seamless fabric without bottom jacquard form principle is more complex than the bottom class.At present,the design method of bottomless fabric is not perfect.The research work will be carried out for the above deficiencies.In this paper first describes the development of seamless fabric forming technology,compares the warp knitted fabric with weft knitting in seamless forming technology,and concludes that the warp knitted seamless product has a dominant position in the design effect and production efficiency.Then from the institutional characteristics of jacquard warp knitted seamless model of jacquard fabric,analysis principle,in-depth study of the forming principle of seamless fabrics with seamless and without bottomless.Further analysis of the fabric from the seamless without bottom effect,based on the forming principle of seamless,seamless summary without bottom fabric design,fabric and jacquard color corresponding collocation rules.To further study on the seamless bottomless fabric may appear in actual wear problems in the process,through continuous improvement of experiment of different signal and jacquard color with produce different effects.This feature can be widely used in fabric design to improve the product’s richness.Through the analysis of style design,raw material collocation and finishing process in seamless fabric process design,we provide guidance and suggestion for warp knitted seamless fabric development based on comprehensive production experience.Finally,this experiments were carried out to study the factors of size affected by the stretching of warp knitted seamless fabric and warp knitted seamless and recovery performance in white stage,with seamless fabric in the bottom and bottom fabric for testing analysis of fabric tensile recovery performance,the warp knitted seamless fabric of the longitudinal and transverse tensile properties are relatively good reply the longitudinal tensile and seamless fabric,the recovery is better than horizontal;through the same raw materials,with flowers,with high three different flower width experiments,the jacquard organizational structure and stretching density have significant effects on the production of seamless fabrics of the length and width of the size,provide the basis for the improvement of fabric at in the weaving process.Through the study of this topic,hoping to provide a theoretical basis and inspiration for help designers engaged in warp knitting seamless fabric molding product development,but also for weaving workers in the production practice plays a guiding role,to actively develop the industry of warp knitted seamless promote,let enterprise workers engaged in warp knitting seamless see beautiful prospect.
