Studies On Expansion Of Tobacco Moisture Regain Stability

A problem about smoking and health has caused violent discussion worldwide,medical health services has specially pointed out that the main aspects influencing health is tar amount of smoke.Meanwhile,in the production of cigarette.How to make the cigarette used produce as much as possible cigarette is the goal of it.Under these two conditions,tobacco industry has done a lot of research,developed the expansion of tobacco technology,which not only reduce the tar in the flue gas,but also save tobacco and reduce the cost of cigarettes,to achieve a win-win situation.In this paper,taking 570 kg / h carbon dioxide expanded tobacco production line used by AIRCO CO.USA as an example,through analyzing the input factors during the test production to find out the eight important factors affecting the moisture of the expanded tobacco factors,those are material flow,hot air temperature,steam flow,softened water pressure,three areas plus water,nozzle height,nozzle angle,rewarming tank outlet with wet mass.The effect of eight factors on the moisture and sensory quality of the expanded tobacco was studied by using other methods such as the probability distribution,the variance test,the single factor test and the two factors.The moisture flow,the softened water pressure,the amount of water added in the three zones,the height of the nozzle and the angle of the nozzle increase,and the moisture content of the expanded tobacco shredder is increased with the increase of the steam flow rate,The trend of increasing the moisture of the expanded tobacco is decreasing with the increase of the hot air temperature.When the hot air temperature is 340 ?,the steam flow is 600 kg / h,the softened water pressure is 0.4MPa,the water is 25% in the three areas,the nozzle height is 2.2m,the nozzle angle is 105 °,The indicators of expanded tobacco was best.According to the experimental analysis,the quantitative belt is transformed by a roller belt drive into gear tooth belt transmission,replace the moisture removal fan and transform the moisture removal pipe,increased the automatic purging device.Make the moisture mean of the expansion tobacco moisture and decrease the fluctuation.Then,cleaning the heat exchanger and replace the heat transfer tube with damage and deformation.Recalibration of the zero position of the pneumatic film valve and replacing the spring and film.The water pressure can be stabilized by adding water tanks to the softening water line and the third area of the water supply line.The difference and fluctuation between the temperature of the hot wind,the steam flow,the softening water pressure,the actual value of the water quantity and the set value are reduced.
