| Panting tobacco and tobacco leaf production power in our country,the quality of tobacco leaf chemical components testing requirements also is very handsome,the tobacco industry is currently widely used the near infrared spectrum detection technology,but more is Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer.The detection accuracy is higher,but the volume is big,the internal moving parts,unable to move,and thus is confined to laboratory operations,cannot be applied to a line of space such roast tobacco planting,harvesting and acquisition of alcoholize,ect.The research is based on this problem,and its basis is the near infrared spectrum model transfer algorithm research,to complete different form tobacco nicotine and total sugar of near infrared spectral model transfer for research.Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer for “master instrument”for collecting tobacco powder spectrum;“slave instrument” is 2 portable near infrared spectrometer,for acquisition,powder,cigarette silk and complete spectrum of tobacco leaf;By using flow analyzer determine the nicotine of tobacco leaves and sugar content,the corresponding instrument model was established based on partial least squares nicotine and sugar content and different forms of quantitative prediction model.“Master-slave instrument” near infrared spectrum exist obvious difference,if the “slave instrument” does not use spectral algorithm processing,its spectrum is directly transferred to the“master instrument ”corresponding to the model,the results of model prediction error is bigger,shows that this way is not workable.Using the algorithm of SBC,PDS,CCA model transfer “slave instrument” nicotine content spectrum shifted to “master instrument” on the spectral model,and compare the CCA analysis of interpolation algorithm and CCA algorithm;The results show that the SBC need interpolation algorithm,the PDS algorithm,and the large amount of calculation,model transfer result is not ideal;And transfer results of CCA algorithm model is better than the interpolation algorithm of CCA results,and small amount of calculation is easy to operate.“slave instrument” to collect three different forms of tobacco leaf spectra,transferred to the “master instrument” to establish tobacco powder on the total sugar,reducing sugar content forecasting model,validation of model transfer the versatility of the algorithm.Results show that the algorithm of CCA transfer model than using a root mean square error values “slave instrument” to establish the forecast model of total sugar and reducing sugar is small,and is superior to the SBC algorithm and the algorithm of PDS. |
