| In this study,the water quality of Liuyang River section was investigated and evaluated in detail.Combined with the total amount of pollutant control,the pollution water quality was collected and analyzed to monitor the discharge of wastewater.The status and pollution of water environment quality in Liuyang River Basin were clarified And the spatial and temporal changes of water pollution quality in Liuyang River Basin,and the results of comprehensive evaluation of water environment quality in Liuyang River Basin,and put forward reasonable management from the angle of policy,economy,technology and talent Proposals for prevention.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2014,the emissions of pollutants from other industrial chemical oxygen demand(COD)and ammonia nitrogen increased by 2013,and the total amount of industrial emissions increased slightly in the textile industry.(2)Liuyang City,the lower water reuse rate is low;mining led to high weight of water;pig breeding pollution has gradually become the main cause of pollution of rural environment;rural lack of scale sewage treatment system led to total nitrogen,total phosphorus,COD and other indicators.Liuyang city water environment point source pollution is increasingly serious,water environment protection is not reasonable coordination,the risk of pollution.(3)From the point of view of the routine monitoring of water quality in 2014,the monitoring rates of water resources were different,and the exceeding rates were 8%,17%,67%,91% and 83% respectively.The path from upstream to downstream and present total phosphorus increased pollution phenomenon.It can be seen that the centralized drinking water with Liuyang River Basin as the source of water is polluted by coastal agricultural production wastewater pollution and livestock and poultry breeding wastewater pollution.(4)Liuyang section of the cross-section monitoring a total of 28 indicators,according to the corresponding waters of the functional area standard evaluation,2014 Liuyang River Liuyang section of the annual average exceeded the situation as follows: Huang hua hole cross-section indicators of excessive fecal coliform bacteria,Total phosphorus;small creek cross-section of the annual indicators of excessive fecal coliforms;San shui cross-section indicators of total phosphorus;Han Jia gang cross-section indicators of excessive nitrogen exceeded the standard.The measures of the above cross section of gold medal village have total phosphorus,chemical oxygen demand,and permanganate index;The indexes of the oversection of the stone pond have the chemical oxygen demand,the total phosphorus and the permanganate index;The targets of the double river estuary are the total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand.(5)In 2014,Liuyang River Liuyang Section Huanghua Cave,Creek section water quality and excellent rate of 91.7%,water quality is excellent,San shui,Han jia gang section of water quality in a mild pollution state;from the source to the urban exit section,Water pollution is on the rise,mainly reflected in the total phosphorus,ammonia and two indicators of pollution intensified.Liuyang Nan Chuan He basin,more than double estuary water quality for a good exit section,the liuyang river watershed exit section of the gold medal Shi Tang Pu village and get knife river basin and exit section water quality is poorer,is in a state of slight pollution,major pollution indicators for the total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand(COD).(6)To consider the industrial structure of Liuyang City,the status of water pollution,to strengthen the supervision and adjustment of industrial structure,to achieve industrial optimization and upgrading,with good geographical advantages,adhere to government market coordination,focus on reform and innovation,comprehensive river basin management,Supervision,to ensure the normal operation of sewage treatment plants and play a role in reducing emissions.At the same time to strengthen the construction of environmental protection personnel,take the initiative to bear the responsibility to save resources and protect the environment,the protection of the environment as the survival and development of the principle of the bottom line. |
