In recent years,with the development of our national economy steady and rapid development of the construction industry,to develop the good development space and environment,the implementation of The Belt and Road national strategy not only brings a good opportunity for the development of China's construction industry,however put forward higher requirements.In the process of construction,safety accidents happen frequently.Safety problems have been a difficult problem that hinders the healthy development of construction industry.With the rapid development of construction industry informatization,the current safety management mode does not match with the rapid development of construction industry.The emergence of BIM technology provides a new way of thinking and direction for the safety management of construction engineering.How to realize effective safety management and fundamentally prevent the accident of building safety has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of architecture.Firstly,the related theories of safety management are systematically elaborated,including the connotation of safety management,safety management principles and accident causation theory,and the essence of safety management,so as to lay the foundation for further research.On the other hand,the connotation,characteristics and BIM interactive mode of BIM technology are analyzed to pave the way for the application of BIM technology to safety management.Secondly,based on the present situation of the safety management of construction and engineering characteristics,combing the existing laws and regulations,through the investigation and interview based,supplemented by the form of questionnaire,investigation of the construction units,design units and public units,all units according to the actual situation and the actual project's characteristics,understand the basic situation of safety management the current construction project and specific problems,there are summarized;and the present application situation and application of BIM technology in the problem of induction,analysis of BIM application in building engineering safety management of the feasibility.Then,based on the present situation of safety management and application of BIM technology on the characteristics of BIM technology,analysis of the safety management of construction engineering objectives,organization and application based on content,and create a safety management system in construction project based on BIM technology,including security management information platform,security management and security measures.Finally,select the Xinjiang specific project application analysis,including the simulation of 3D construction model,integrated pipeline collision detection,construction site planning,construction process,construction safety education guidance,visualization of complex node,BIM technology as a tool to help improve the efficiency of safety management,to provide a reliable guarantee for the research.
