Laser remelting technology refers to the technology that USES laser beam to melt on the surface of the material without adding any elements to improve the surface performance of the substrate.Plasma spraying is a commonly used surface treatment technology both at home and abroad.In this paper,the advantages of the two are combined to obtain a better quality of the substrate surface.In this paper,using plasma spraying technology for ceramic coating single-channel multi-layer experiment,through the observation of the microstructure and mechanical properties,found that after the plasma spraying coating organization bulky,spraying process,the process layer upon layer of cross-fertilized found many layer coating on the cross section for the mechanical combination,cross section found not completely melted particles.An unstable a-Al2O3 phase was found through elemental analysis,and the hardness value obtained by hardness tester was lower.According to the problems with the aid of laser remelting technology processing,finally found that coating the organization even,layered combination of does not exist,the unstable layer a-Al2O3 into stable r-Al2O3,and in the hardness experiments found that the hardness is higher than the hardness of plasma spraying.To adopt different laser power,scanning speed of laser remelting coating performance testing,after research showed that the laser power and scanning speed has a great influence on the quality of surface,however,the laser power effect on the performance of the coating is better than that of scanning speed on the influence of the coating.
