| In addition to the properties of common synthetic fibers such as high corrosion resistance,mildew resistance,and insect resistance,nylon 6 fiber has the advantages of high breaking strength,low specific gravity,good wear resistance,good dyeing property and strong elasticity and so on.Nylon 6 fibers are widely used in the apparel industry,such as sportswear,swimwear and footwear.The full dull PA6 fibers can improve the defect that pure nylon fiber is easy to deform and yellow under sunlight.The most commonly used extinction agent in nylon 6 is Ti O2.Ti O2 powder with small particle size and large surface free energy always turn to agglomerate.And Ti O2 is hydrophilic and difficult to disperse evenly in organic solvents.Through organic acid modification and inorganic coating of Ti O2 we can improve powder reunion.The main contents of the thesis are about the organic acid modification,inorganic coating of Ti O2,and the addition of extinction agent-Ti O2 in the polymerization process.Finally,the effect of the addition of inorganic nano-particle Ti O2 on the properties of total extinction nylon 6 fiber was investigated.The main conclusions of this thesis are:(1)the organic polyacid was used to modify titanium dioxide,and the best modification effect was dodecarboxylic acid: when the ratio of modifier was 3%,the grafting amount of dodecanedioic acid on the surface of Ti O2 was 0.637 wt%.If the modification time was increased.,the surface grafting amount of the modifier can be increased to a certain extent,After the modification,the contact angle became larger,which means the hydrophilicity of Ti O2.The results of sedimentation and Zeta surface potential indicated that the modified Ti O2 has good dispersibility in the aqueous solution of caprolactam.(2)Ti-O-Al bond is formed on the surface of titanium dioxide by the oxide of aluminum oxide which is formed by the reaction of aluminium isopropanol with water.The surface morphology of the modified Ti O2 was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the thickness and morphology of the coating layer were observed by transmission electron microscopy.It was proved that the coating layer on the surface of Ti O2 was uniform,continuous and compact when the ratio of modifier 2%,p H was 7.5 and the ratio of water to aluminium isopropanol was 3.When the p H of the reaction solution is too high,it is not conducive to the deposition of aluminum oxides on the surface of Ti O2.(3)The main crystalline form of the full dull PA6 is the β crystal form.the thermal stability of the fully extinct PA6 is not reduced compared to the pure PA6.The absorbance of UV and visible light is increased in different degree by total extinction fiber.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and micro-Raman mapping(Raman Mapping)show that it is uniformly dispersed during polymerization and spinning,and there is no agglomeration in a large area. |
