Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Environment In Heze

Environmental issues are a problem that must be solved during the economic development.Urban environmental protection has been made relatively perfectly.However,environmental pollution in rural areas is still very serious.Various government documents have frequently referred to the issue of building "beautiful villages".At the same time,they have also called for further strengthening rural ecological construction,environmental protection,and comprehensive improvement.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that one of the key tasks for building beautiful China is to promote green development,focus on solving outstanding environmental problems,increase protection of the ecosystem,and reform the ecological environment supervision system.In the past five years,the country’s total investment in environmental pollution control has increased by 96.634 billion yuan,with an average growth rate approaching 3%.The problem of environmental pollution not only restricts the overall development of our country,but also harms people’s health.Rural environmental pollution has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the "three rural" issue.This paper selects rural environmental pollution in Heze City as the research object,through the literature review,quantitative research,questionnaire survey,summarization and the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,to identify the root causes of rural environmental pollution in Heze City,and put forward solutions to rural environmental pollution in Heze City.The feasibility strategies of research problems can not only benefit the rural areas of Heze,but also provide valuable experience and lessons for similar regions.This article mainly includes five parts: the first part,the introduction part: It mainly describes the background of the topic selection-taking the rural environmental pollution in Heze City of Shandong Province as the subject,summarizing the research results at home and abroad,and gives the research methods of this article.Technological routes,innovations,and deficiencies.The second part is the theoretical basis: This paper selects the rural environment,summarizes the knowledge theories related to rural environment,and provides the theoretical basis for the entire article,including the concept definition of new urbanization,rural environment,and rural environmental pollution.Theory of sustainable development,theory of ecological economics,and other related theories.The third part,part of the status quo analysis: Based on the overall development of Heze City,and drawing on the relevant data in the statistical yearbook of Heze City,and through onthe-spot investigations and questionnaire survey methods,the rural area of Heze City is further explored to explore the main reason of the formation for the environmental pollution in Heze City.In the fourth part,the countermeasures analysis section: According to the current situation of rural environmental pollution in Heze City and various problems known through questionnaire surveys,a feasible strategy for solving environmental pollution problems in rural areas of Heze City was proposed,which was for Shandong Province and even other rural areas in China.The heavily polluted areas provide valuable experience and lessons.The fifth part,the conclusion part: the final summary of the entire article.
