In view of the characteristics of high transmission efficiency,accurate transmission ratio and large limit of power range,gear is widely used in industrial products,and its design and manufacturing capacity will have a direct impact on the quality of industrial products.Improving the quality of gear transmission,such as life,reliability,efficiency,transmission accuracy and carrying capacity,is of great significance to the development of industry.The conjugate curve gear based on the principle of conjugate curve has the meshing characteristics of the conjugate curve and the contact characteristics of the convex and concave points.Therefore,the conjugate curve gear transmission has the advantages of large bearing capacity,good lubrication effect and longer service life.Based on the research of conjugate curve gear transmission,this paper discussed the hobbing theory of conjugate curve gears and the principle of forming grinding,which is of great significance to the processing of conjugate curve gear.This article mainly analyzes and demonstrates the following contents:(1)The principle of conjugate curve is briefy introduced.The tooth surface equation of the conjugate curve gear is derived according to the basic profile of the rack of conjugate curve gear and the relation of the gear and rack movement.(2)The characteristics of conjugate rack tooth shape in three kinds of circular tooth profile are analyzed,and the calculation method of conjugate rack tooth shape is deduced,and an example is used to verify it,and the correctness of the conjugate curve gear is verified by the use of the spreading method.(3)According to the tooth surface equation of conjugate curve gear,the hobbing theory of conjugate curve gear is analyzed.The hobbing blade is solved by the tooth shape normal method and the common rack.The hobbing machining is regarded as the drive of the space staggered gear.Numerical simulation is used for the rolling cutting process,and the hobbing trajectory of the gear face is compared.The correctness of the calculation of the shape of the hob is verified.The error distribution in the numerical simulation of rolling cutting is analyzed.(4)The space coordinate relationship between the gear and the grinding wheel is established,the contact condition of the gear and the grinding wheel is deduced,the tooth surface equation of the conjugate curve gear is established,and the contact line in the gear coordinate system is solved.The shape of the butt contact line is discussed at the different installation angles and different diameters of the grinding wheel,and the installation angle and the diameter of the grinding wheel are calculated.The axial cross section and the axial section change trend are analyzed.The calculation software of the axial section of the grinding wheel is written.Numerical simulation is used to simulate the forming grinding process,and the enveloping line is calculated by the interception method,and the forming grinding is calculated by comparing with the theoretical end tooth profile.Theoretical error of processing.
