The growing development of industry has brought new changes to society,and there are also many disadvantages.Among them,noise pollution has become an urgent problem to be solved.A cigarette in the ventilation treatment on the expansion of manufacturing workshop inside the smoke and smell,the roof of the centrifugal fan operation has strong noise,seriously affect the surrounding residents and workers living.In view of this problem,the noise of centrifugal fan is analyzed,and a reasonable noise reduction scheme is proposed,and the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are verified.Finally,through the test,noise reached the national and enterprise noise reduction requirements.The research is based on the production practice.First,the noise level of the centrifugal fan is measured based on the sound level meter,and the acoustic characteristics of the measured noise are analyzed.Combined with the national environmental noise control standard,the required noise reduction is determined.Then,according to the theory of noise control,the noise control technology is studied,and the noise control method adopted by the centrifugal fan is obtained through analyzing and comparing the noise control method of the centrifugal fan,that is,sound absorption,noise elimination,sound insulation and vibration isolation.Due to the different spectrum characteristics and sound absorption characteristics of different sound absorbing materials,the absorptive capacity of materials with different combinations is also different.According to the spectral characteristics of noise,the appropriate sound absorbing material is selected.Different sound insulation materials have different sound insulation characteristics,the thickness of sound insulation materials is different,and the sound insulation characteristics are different.The combination of sound-absorbing material and different thickness of sound insulation materials can get twelve combinations of structural schemes.Different schemes have different sound insulation effects,and the best plan is selected accordingto the actual amount of noise reduction required.In view of the sound insulation cover to meet the requirements of noise reduction,the structure size of the sound insulation cover is the key factor that restricts the cost.Through the optimization design,the sound insulation cover is described by mathematical model,and the mathematical model is formed.Then the optimum design parameters of the sound insulation cover are obtained by the Matlab calculation.The centrifugal fan operates on the ground with greater vibration.When the frequency of the vibration is close to the natural frequency of the sound insulation cover,the effect of noise reduction is the worst.The modal analysis of the sound insulation cover can be obtained by using Ansys software,sound insulation cover natural vibration frequency and the analysis of sound insulation cover resonance with the possibility of a centrifugal fan,for sound insulation cover optimization design parameters,or take other measures such as isolation,provide an effective basis.Through the above research,the noise insulation hood based on optimization theory is applied to noise reduction of centrifugal fan,and the noise level is measured by sound level meter.The noise control is in the national standard,and the effect of noise reduction is obvious.The research method and means have certain guiding significance for the research of the same kind of noise control.
