Recently the research of MOFs-based composites prepared through the encapsulation offunctional modules into metal–organic frameworks?MOFs?matrices has gained much attention.The composites can not only inherent properties from both MOF matrices and modules,but also have new properties through synergistic effect.Herein two trichromatic white-light-emitting MOFs composites were successfully prepared by loading different luminescent modules into water stable bio-MOF-1 matrix,and used as probes to detect amino acid in water solution via 2 D code recognition with high sensitivity and accuracy.Details are described as below:1.The separate or simultaneous encapsulation of specific amount of green-and red-emitting luminescent modules,cationic dyes?green emitting acriflavine?[ACF]Cl?and red emitting safranine T [SFT]Cl?and different complexes?red emitting [Ru?bpy?3]?PF6?2?[Ru]?PF6?2?and [Pt?ppy??CNCH3?2]ClO4?[Pt]ClO4??ppy=2-phenyl pyridine,bpy =2,2'-bipyridine??,into blue emitting bio-MOF-1 lead to composites: [ACF]+@bio-MOF-1,[Ru]2+@bio-MOF-1,[Pt]+@bio-MOF-1,[SFT]+@bio-MOF-1,([ACF]++[Ru]2+)@bio-MOF-1and?[Pt]++[SFT]+?@bio-MOF-1.Among them,((0.0083 wt%[ACF]++1.36wt%[Ru?bpy?3]2+)@bio-MOF-1)?Q5?and??2.45 wt%[Pt]+ +0.0140wt% [SFT]+?@bio-MOF-1??R6?are WLE.2.Acid-base titration experiments of Q5 and R6 were performed.The luminescent properties of them were not affected by p H in the range of 7.510.5.In addition,both Q5 and R6 show a linear relationship between p H and ratio luminescence in a small range of p H,so Q5 and R6 can be used as luminescent probes for detecting p H in the range.3.Q5 and R6 were used as luminescent probes to detect 20 amino acids and one polypeptide GSH in buffer solution of p H=8.38.The results showed that both of them can identify His,GSH and Lys.The two dimensional dynamic/3D identification detection code can be used for fast and quick recognition of the three analytes.The probes can also detect His,GSH and Lys quantitatively with low detection limit.In particular,both probes have high selectivity toward Lys,and can perform at least 3 cycle of regeneration tests,each of which maintains a good detection limit value.
