| The pharmaceutical industry as a special industry,its pharmaceutical production quality is closely related to people’s health.Injection is one of the highest risk formulations in pharmaceuticals,its production safety is even more important.Tunnel-type sterilization oven is the main equipment of the small-capacity injection and freeze-dried powder injection,It is mainly used for drying,sterilization and pyrogen removal to the ampoules,vials or other glass containers.At present,tunnel sterilization oven is generally used laminar hot air circulation principle,with ultrasonic washing machine,drawing potting machine or potting press machine and other equipment components of the combination of washing and drying production line.According to the GMP requirements,clean air can only flow from high to low level,the pyrogenic effect depends on the sterilization temperature and sterilization time,so the tunnel sterilization oven wind pressure balance and temperature control are not only important criterion for measuring the performance of the oven.but also ensure the ampoules,vials had been effectively sterilized and in addition to the original and free from pollution.The paper analyze the principle and structure of the tunnel sterilization oven.The mathematical modeling is carried out from two aspects: wind pressure balance and temperature control to the sterilization oven.The simulation and PID parameters are combined with the PID control theory.According to the GMP requires to draft the equipment performance verification scheme for wind pressure balance and temperature control of tunnel sterilization ovens.The fuzzy PID controller can effectively reduce the overshoot and eliminate the steady-state error for the large-scale overshoot and the steady-state error of the pure PID wind pressure control system.The pure PID temperature control system for the empirical formula of the large and poor stability of the situation,through the artificial PID parameter tuning can significantly reduce the shock and shorten the adjustment time.Wind pressure balance and temperature control play an important role in the sterilization and pyrogen removal of the product.Through the study of wind pressure balance and temperature control,I put forward the improvement scheme and measures to the control of the key parameters and hope to let the tunnel-type sterilization oven can be a reliable product for drying,sterilization and pyrogen,further improve the safety of pharmaceutical production quality. |
