Specially thick coal seam fully mechanized caving technology level enhancement,greatly enhance the efficiency of the special thick coal seam mining at the same time,due to the caving mining is affected by many unfavorable factors,such as roof conditions,left behind a large number of float coal mined-out area,different geological conditions,thick coal seam sub-level caving working face internal heritage coal spontaneous combustion point location is influenced by caving height has the characteristics of strong concealment.The caving mining technology on extraction of natural specially thick coal seam is easily spontaneous combustion occurred disasters,especially gas mine gas content,goaf ignition,easy to cause the gas explosion and combustion accident moment impact miner life safety and coal mine safety in production work.This article through to dafosi mine coal samples,coal temperature programmed coal spontaneous combustion experiment,it is concluded that the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal sample for 31 days,combined with the mining face after stent during gas data,it is concluded that coal spontaneous combustion index gases for CO and O2,CO and ⊿CO/CH4 and C2H6/CO/O2⊿.Goaf gas according to the observation data and in combination with gob gas seepage numerical simulation,it is concluded that "three zones"division of mined-out area range,determine dafosi ore oxidation heating area are mainly distributed in the intake side 23~57 m distance of working face,and the return air side face 15~45 m distance distance,when every day during the period of mining face advancing speed is greater than 1.133 m/d,the mined-out area can not cause float coal spontaneous combustion.Finally,according to the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion in the great buddhist temple mine,the technology of plugging wind,nitrogen injection and colloid fire prevention is adopted to ensure the normal working face.
