The coal mine hydraulic drilling rig is widely used in mine gas drainage,geological exploration,exploration and release of water,and fire extinguishing.At present,most of the hydraulic drilling rigs in coal mines are still mechanically powered and hydraulically controlled.Only a few drilling rigs have achieved automation and intelligent operation.This is a major problem in China's coal mine drilling rig equipment.In the traditional drilling process,the operator can only make drilling operation decisions based on changes in the pressure gauge and fluid return.It is difficult to ensure the safety of the equipment,and it is difficult to train the operator.The irregular operation leads to frequent hole accidents and subsequent maintenance.High cost.In order to meet the needs of automatic monitoring of underground drilling rigs in coal mines and drill personnel training,this paper uses Virtual Reality(VR)technology,computer technology,detection and control technology and drilling rig drilling technology to study a virtual control and remote monitoring of a coal mine hydraulic drilling rig.The system is designed to realize remote visual automatic monitoring and virtual manipulation training of hydraulic drilling rigs.In order to solve the problems faced by remote monitoring of hydraulic drilling rigs,domestic and foreign drilling automation technologies and visual monitoring technologies were analyzed,and a solution based on VR for the virtual control and remote monitoring system of coal mine hydraulic drilling rigs was proposed.For the rig operation process is not intuitive,difficult to manipulate the decision-making training and other issues,the principle of drilling construction,as well as drilling mechanism parameters characterization mechanism for analysis and research,design a coal mine hydraulic drill rig virtual training platform,through multimedia animation,virtual demolition Installation and virtual manipulation of multiple ways to improve the operating level of the drilling rig operators,laying the foundation for visual manipulation of drilling rigs based on virtual reality.Based on drilling virtual training system,a coal mine hydraulic drilling rig monitoring system was designed.Through the drilling process and rig equipment control demand analysis,real drilling parameter acquisition and display,drilling control,and subsystem interfaces were increased.Complete the fusion processing of coal mine drilling condition monitoring data to provide decision support for drilling virtual control.
