It is of great engineering value to study the regularity of mine pressure and its supporting technology in the first mining face of coal mines.This paper takes 61101 first mining face of Tangjiahui Coal Mine as the engineering background,and carries out the research work through the combination of theoretical analysis,field monitoring and numerical simulation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the 61101 mining faces of the Tangjiahui coal mine,the theory of soft rock support is used as the theoretical basis for the design of supporting parameters.Based on the principle of "primary bolt flexible support,secondary high pre-stressed anchor cable support",the bolt-anchor cable combined support scheme is proposed and the supporting parameters are determined.(2)The FLAC numerical simulation method is used to analyze the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in 61101 working face.The results of FLAC numerical calculation show that the deformation of the surrounding rock is within a reasonable range,and the stress concentration of coal body in different positions is different,and the stress pole in the 0~5m range in front of the upper corner coal wall under the working face recovery condition.The value area of the 61101 working face is about 45~60m.The overall deformation of the surrounding rock is intense in the range of 20m from the working face.(3)The average working resistance of the hydraulic support before the initial pressure is 23.4MPa,and the working resistance of the hydraulic support is 18.1~38.7MPa,the average working resistance is 30,3MPa.The initial pressure load coefficient of each part is 1.27~1.31,the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.29;the initial pressure step distance of the middle and middle part of the working face is 15.1m~18.1m,and the period is before the pressure.The resistance range of the hydraulic support is 16.1~37.5MPa,with an average of 26.8MPa.The resistance range of the hydraulic support is 21.2~41.6MPa,the average is 31.4MPa,the dynamic load coefficient is 1.21~1.34,the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.28,the average period of the pressure step is 9.9m.The hydraulic support can meet the requirements for roof control during the initial pressure,periodic pressure and normal mining period,and the supporting design for the supporting groove is reasonable.
