Energy consumption,represented by fossil fuels such as coal,oil and natural gas,is at risk of drying up.Energy consumption in building field accounts for more than 30%of all energy consumption.If this global energy shortage problem is to be ease,the development of building energy saving target is a major problem.This paper will firstly apply both conductive material and phase change material(PCM)in concrete.PCM can improve the time and space mismatch of energy supply,reduce energy consumption and improve building comfort.A combination of conductive filler and PCM can achieve peak power of cutting,and then promote the transformation of the traditional coal boiler heating to the electric heating.The dispersion of nano-carbon fibers(CNFs)in solution and the conductivity of CNFs cement-based materials were studied by resistivity method,optical microscope observation and SEM.The results showed that the mixing system,surfactant and ultrasonic time had different effects on the dispersion of CNFs.The influence of water-cement ratio and cement-sand ratio on the conductivity of CNFs cement-based materials depends on workability of materials and degree of dispersion of CNFs.It was found that when the water-cement ratio was 0.35 and the cement-sand ratio was 1:1,the electrothermal efficiency of the material with a content of 2.1%CNFs was up to 70%.This paper studied the thermal storage performance of ternary fatty acids by DSC test and it shows phase transition temperature is 34 ℃,phase change enthalpy value is 143 J/g.Vacuum adsorption is used to prepare thermal storage aggregate.FTIR results proved that no new components were produced before and after adsorption.In order to avoid cracking of phase-change aggregate and leakage of phase-change material during mixing,a new method for producing conductive phase-change thermal storage concrete by pressurized grouting is proposed.Strength test and electro-thermal attemperation test characterize its performance.The results of the study show that the strength of the conductive phase change thermal storage concrete with the increment of replace ordinary lightweight aggregate basic don’t change.Conductive phase-change thermal storage concrete has a good uniformity of heat and heat dissipation in the process of electric heating by infrared temperature field analysis.In the alternate environment of cold and heat.,conductive phase change thermal storage concrete has a peak cutting influence on temperature change and effectively improve the comfort of house.Concrete specimen with phase change aggregate lower peak temperature by up to 5.4℃.The thermal storage capacity of the conductive phase-change thermal storage concrete reaches 650KJ/m2.When the input power of 20W AC,even though the outside temperature is 10 ℃,the temperature of polystyrene board insulation also remain on a small scale fluctuations in the oven.The thermal storage capacity of pumice stone phase change is better than that of ceramic particles.The conductive phase-change thermal storage concrete prepared by grouting pressure molding also has high strength,uniform heat production and heat dissipation performance and good heat storage efficiency.
