The particle size of solid particles in mine sewage is small and difficult to separate.For a long time,How to effectively improve the separation efficiency and quality of solid liquid has been the subject of research by relevant professional engineers.Hydrocyclone separator has the advantages of small size,compact structure,low pressure loss,high separation efficiency,and much more stable flow field.It is widely used in the separation of multi-working conditions and different phase materials.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of solid-liquid spinning separation technology and the application effect of the current solid-liquid cyclone separator.Based on the characteristics of mine wastewater treatment demand and hydrocyclone separator,the structural analysis of the hydraulic cyclone separator with the focus on external cone type and inner cone type is carried out.Using FLUENT software external cone type and inner cone type two kinds of structure type separator,the internal flow field in the simulation study of different structure size on hydrocyclone separator was studied the influence of flow field and separation effect.The optimal structure type of the separator was determined and the optimal structure size of the cyclone separator was selected.On this basis,the influence of operation parameters on separation efficiency of the structure type is summarized through the simulation analysis of operation parameters.Analysis and verification experiments show that,The flow field is stable during the operation process by simulation optimization.The solid phase distribution concentration of the edge wall near the bottom of the swirl chamber is obvious,which has a good separation effect,while the overall pressure loss is small.The experimental methods and conclusions are used to study how to effectively separate the wastewater from solid particles with smaller particle size.
