| Medical waste disposal is a complex process that involves not only the disposal of medical waste itself,but also the disposal of derivative pollutants,such as waste gas,waste water and solid waste.Therefore,before the construction of medical waste disposal projects,reasonable environmental protection measures should be put forward to ensure the discharge of pollutants to the standard,and to reduce the adverse environmental impact of the project operation period.This paper takes the proposed medical waste disposal plant in Yuanbei as the object of study,and selects the reasonable pollution prevention scheme based on the results of the sewage discharge analysis.The results show that: Waste gas pollutant in storage and disposal room include NH3,H2 S,VOCs and pathogenic microorganisms.Under the treatment with the UV photolysism processing equipment,the purification efficiency of up to 95%,NH3,H2 S and VOCs emissions were 0.365g/h,0.02g/h and 0.25g/h,all the pathogenic organisms can be killed;there is exhaust pollutant particle in heating boiler room,and pollutant can be treated with water dust scrubber for processing.Dust removal efficiency up to 87%,the emission concentration of 9.75mg/m3.The amount of waste water generated 32.77m3/d,COD,BOD5,and SS containing fecal flora and other pollutants,the scale of the design for the 36t/d process,"regulation pool + fine grid + cyclone desander and coagulation + UV disinfection of waste water treatment facilities.At the same time,put forward the concrete structures and ground water seepage control scheme.Solid waste disposal scheme selection of sanitary landfill for treatment of medical waste and garbage sent to landfill,boiler slag was sold to the production of organic fertilizer,waste water treatment facilities gate slag and sludge were sent to the hazardous waste disposal center for harmless treatment.In this paper,the life cycle assessment method was used to analyze the environmental impact caused by the operation period of the medical waste disposal plant in Yuanbei after taking the pollution control program selected by this study.The results show that: the environmental load of medical waste disposal plant in Yuanbei during operation period is 2.29×10-7.The main types of the environmental impact conclude global warming potential,terrestrial ecotoxicity potential,fossil fuel consumption potential,acidification potential and freshwater ecotoxicity potential.The standard results were 6×10-8,5.55×10-8,2.38×10-8,1.50×10-8,1.33×10-8,accounting for 91.69% of the environmental load;cause for power supply,solid waste disposal,emissions and biomass briquette production on the environment adversely affected the contribution of large module,the standard results were 9.09×10-8,4.61 ×10-8,2.70×10-8,1.07×10-8,accounting for the 94.46% of the environmental load,the power consumption influences environmental load the most.Energy consumption decrease 10%,4.99% decrease environmental load.Therefore,we recommend the medical waste disposal plant in Yuanbei using energy saving equipment and lighting source adopt new efficient energy-saving light source,and configuring energy-saving electronic ballasts and improving the combustion adequacy of biomass boiler fuel to further reduce their environmental load.This study selected the pollution prevention program of medical waste disposal plant in Yuanbei,to ensure the discharge of pollutants to the standard.The research contents and research results can be used as a reference for pollution prevention and control programs of similar enterprises,and also a useful exploration of life cycle assessment of medical waste disposal projects. |
