XDB-11 duplex stainless steel developed by a company has been used for many years because of the poor working conditions in the pipeline transportation system which is mainly used in the petroleum medium containing solid particles. For a long time, because of the corrosion of petroleum medium containing solid particles for a long time Wear caused serious damage to the equipment,a large number of equipment damage to the company's in-depth use of the material play a huge role in the role of the company for the material in-depth study. The Mo content in the duplex stainless steel and the heat treatment process have a significant effect on the properties of the material. For the actual production conditions of the material, the Mo content of the experiment is 2.5%,3.0% and 3.5%,The solution temperature is 1050 ?,1100 ?,1150 ?,aging temperature is 800 ?,850 ?,900 ?.The samples with different Mo contents were prepared by high frequency induction vacuum furnace, and the samples were heat treated according to the pre-design scheme. The effects of different Mo contents and heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of dual phase steel were studied. The as-cast microstructures of different Mo content alloys are composed of ? + ? two-phase,with the increase of Mo content, the ? phase decreases, the electrochemical corrosion resistance increases, and the hardness and corrosion wear performance of the sample are improved. While the Mo content of 3.5% due to segregation in the sample and the existence of ? phase, the electrochemical corrosion performance is reduced. After the solution treatment, the ? phase is evenly distributed on the ? phase, and only a small amount of ? phase exists in the sample when the Mo content is 3.5%.Electrochemical corrosion performance than the as-cast as a whole to enhance the corrosion wear performance and hardness of the overall decline. After aging treatment, the electrochemical corrosion performance decreases as a whole and the corrosion wear performance and the hardness of the specimen are improved. The samples were treated by 1050 ?,1100 ? and 1150 ?,and the structure was ? + ? phase. After the solution solution at 1050 ?,the ? phase did not eliminate. When the solution temperature reached 1100 ?,the ? phase disappeared and the solution temperature was 1150 ? phase content decreased. The electrochemical corrosion resistance of the sample at 1100 ? is the best. The corrosion wear performance and hardness decreased with the increase of the solution temperature, and the samples were precipitated at different temperatures(800 ?,850 ?,900 ?).When the aging temperature reaches 850 ?,the precipitation of ? phase is the highest.850 ? aging treatment of the lowest electrochemical corrosion, the highest hardness, corrosion wear performance of the highest.Considering the influence of Mo content and solid solution aging temperature on the corrosion wear performance of XDB-11 steel and the influence on the production cost, the optimum design scheme is Mo3.0%,the solution temperature is 1100 ?,the aging temperature is 850 ?.
