Carbon fiber resin base has high strength,high ratio modulus,and good thermal performance.In recent years,it has been widely used in new energy,transportation,automobile,ocean,construction and other industries.With the increasing demand of carbon fiber resin matrix composite parts,injection molding based on mold has become an important method to improve the production scale and production efficiency of carbon fiber resin matrix composites.Then because of the different content of carbon fiber on the influence of liquid injection process,lead to the injection molding process and forming rule has changed a lot,how to control process parameters to obtain small warping,low volume shrinkage ratio and small shrink mark of high quality parts,now is an urgent need to solve the problem.Therefore,in this paper,the carbon fiber resin matrix composites with different carbon fiber content as the research object,designed a kind of easy to warp,the contraction of thin-walled parts,the injection molding process and the forming rule is studied in this paper.First of all,the injection flow process of carbon fiber resin matrix composites are studied,analyzes the viscosity of non-newtonian fluid model,and gives the temperature,pressure and the chemical structure of composite materials on the influence law of viscosity;Based on turbulent flow and laminar flow,the turbulent flow and laminar flow model are analyzed.Secondly,based on the properties of carbon fiber resin matrix composites,a thin-wall part which is easy to warp and deform is designed.On the basis of this,the pouring system and cooling system of this part are discussed,and the optimal injection scheme is found by using the outer surface direct gate and the straight-through three-layer cooling channel.At the same time,considering the complexity of the injection molding process,the orthogonal experimental design method was introduced to study the forming process,and the selection principle of four factors and the horizontal quantity was given.The four factors are: injection molding temperature,injection pressure,pressure maintaining pressure,injection molding time.Thirdly,three kinds of resin matrix composites with different carbon fiber content were used in orthogonal experiment,and the influence of four process parameters on warping,volume shrinkage and indentation was obtained.According to the variance analysis,the effects of four parameters on warping,volume shrinkage and indentation under different carbon fiber were obtained.In the end,three kinds of resin matrix composites with different carbon fiber content were used for single factor simulation study,and the influence of four process parameters on warping,volume shrinkage and indentation were obtained.Specifically,with the increase of carbon fiber content,warp distortion is becoming smaller and smaller.When the carbon fiber content is 10% to 15%,the volume shrinkage rate increases,and the shrinkage rate decreases with 15% to 20%.As the carbon fiber content increases,the indentation gradually decreases.
