Metamaterials are artificial materials that have subwavelength microstructures and have extraordinary electromagnetic properties that are not found in nature.Metamaterials are generally constructed of artificial metal structural units.However,the metal-based metamaterials exhibit three-dimensional anisotropy.There is a great deal of fabrication difficulties in the same-segment.As a new way to realize metamaterials,dielectric-based metamaterials own the advantages of simple structure and easy realization of three-dimensional isotropy.In this work,we obtain the results as follows.1.Based on the theory of Mie resonance and effective medium theory,an artificial magnetic35.05.0a Sr BTi O(BST)composite material with isotropic negative permeability in the microwave frequencies is designed.By comparing the simulation simulation results with the numerical analysis curves under changing the polarization angle and oblique incidence conditions,it is verified that the BST medium absorbing material has the characteristics of polarization insensitivity and also has relatively good microwave absorption for the wide incident angle electromagnetic waves.2.Simulations show that the Li Ta O3(LTO)dielectric ball has a negative effective dielectric constant based on intrinsic polar lattice vibration.Through the simulation of the electromagnetic propagation characteristics and the retrieval of the effective electromagnetic parameters,the all-dielectric left-handed material in the terahertz band is realized,and its resonant frequency can be adjusted by the size of the particles and the dielectric constant.In the same way,by comparing the simulation curve under the polarization angle and oblique incident conditions with the numerical analysis curve,it was verified that the LTO medium wave-absorbing material also has the characteristics of polarization insensitivity and also has relatively good absorption for the wide incident angle electromagnetic wave.
