As the brake functional accessories of the linear rolling guide,the clamping device can not only fix the clamping rail working platform,but also can enhance the overall stability of the rail platform and form the power overload emergency braking effect.Because of the foreign technology blockade,the research and development of Chinese clamping device of linear rolling guide has been limited seriously,the study of the clamping device is of great significance on the development of Chinese machine tool industry.This paper has developed a type of linear roller guide for a company to improve the pressure normally closed type of clamping device.Designed its structure,established SolidWorks 3D model,and lists the required parts of the specifications.The force of the forceps of the designed clamping device was analyzed.The relationship between the friction between the parts and the inclination angle of the wedge and the force ratio is analyzed,and the lubrication of the force increasing mechanism is obtained.Processing to provide a reference;calculate the strength of the main parts of the strength of the structure,the strength of the theory to meet the requirements of the conclusions.The influence of the profile of the wedge block on the response time and the stability of the clamping device is analyzed.The method of analog cam mechanism design is used to optimize the design of the force increasing mechanism,and the rigid flexible impact is eliminated in theory,and shorten the response time.The influence of the clamping device on the stability of the machine tool rail is analyzed,and the modal analysis theory is introduced.The model is simplified and the finite element modal analysis is introduced into the PATRAN.The modal analysis obtains the first six natural frequencies and Corresponding to the vibration mode,for the follow-up experiments and optimization to provide a reference basis.
