| With the rapid development of China’s economy,as China’s pillar industries,the steel industry plays an important role in economic construction,national defense construction,social development and so on.With the increase in billet production,in order to facilitate post-management and quality tracking,it is necessary to identify billet in billet production process.Aiming at the problems of hidden danger and low production efficiency of artificial marking,this subject has developed a set of automatic marking equipment for hot steel with T-CPU as the core controller on the basis of referring to the automatic marking equipment at home and abroad.The main work of this topic is as follows:1.Through the research on the automatic identification equipment of billet at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing T-CPU and the performance characteristics of Siemens T-CPU,and finally establishes the overall control scheme of this topic:the Siemens T-CPU is used as the system motion controller to control the movement of each axis,of which the X axis,the Y axis and the cart transverse moving shaft are connected with the servo control by the interface module IM174,and the longitudinal moving shaft of the large vehicle is controlled by the Siemens MM440 inverter.2.Arc spraying technology is mainly used in long-term anti-corrosion,mechanical parts repair and other fields.In order to achieve anti-corrosion,spraying particles should be atomized as far as possible,and even sprayed to the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform coating.And in order to facilitate the design of characters in the control system and to identify the character strokes which are difficult to be too thick and should not be clear,it is necessary to optimize the process parameters affecting the arc spraying effect.3.As the original cam disc design characters there are many deficiencies,including the interpolation point to create the cam plate to select the point is not enough fine and polynomial way to create a simple cam plate coefficient and other issues,resulting in identification of equipment in the process of running between the points Not smooth,the impact of equipment,logo characters are not clear.To solve the above problems to modify the encryption and polynomial coefficients on the interpolation points,the cam is connected between the point and point of operation process more smoothly,so as to improve the stability of the overall operation of marking equipment,the characters easily identified.4.In order to achieve the visualization of the process,the monitoring screens are constructed using the WinCC flexible configuration software in accordance with the requirements of this control system. |
