| In mine ventilation,the flow of air flow in the roadway is called pipe flow and the flow of air flow in the goaf is called field flow.Because the production roadway of the mine is partly or wholly adjacent to the goaf,there is an inevitable relationship between the goaf and the adjacent roadway.In addition,there is often air leakage between surface crack and goaf,goaf and goaf in some metal mines.However,the current ventilation system simulation mostly ignores the air volume from the roadway leakage into the goaf and the connection between the goaf and the goaf,as a result,there is a large error between the calculated results and the test results,which directly affects the daily ventilation management and the optimization and adjustment of the ventilation system.This paper aims at the problem of multi-source and multiple sinks in the mined-out area of paishanlou gold mine,the goaf is approximately simplified,the integrated theoretical model of mine ventilation pipe flow field flow was established.Through the realization of mine ventilation simulation system(MVSS),the integrated calculation of pipe flow field flow in mine ventilation system of paishanlou gold mine was carried out.Taking the internal air leakage between the middle sections of 250 and 275 as an example,the flow field of OpenFOAM software was simulated to determine the wind resistance of the virtual branch of the field flow in the goaf.Through the mountain building gold mine ventilation simulation system(PSLK MVSS)integrative simulation model of the flow field of pipe flow and the simulation results compared with the measured results,through the comparison analysis of available simulation error in 0 ~ 15.6% range,meet the demand of current field of engineering.Row at the same time,the mountain building tube flow field flow integrated simulation experiment and industrial test respectively during 175 m,150m and125 m main lane throttle opening and closing several circumstances,based on the simulation results and measured results available,the simulation error within 5%,and verified the gold tube row of mountain building integration flow simulation system reliability and stability of the flow field,by establishing a row of mountain building gold tube flow field flow integration model,to improve understanding the accuracy of numerical results,for the mountain building gold mine ventilation system optimization to provide theoretical support. |
