Linxi coal mine's early,the ventilation system is complex,there are network branch1847,1447 network nodes,87 air doors,there is a problem more severe,the mine fan pressure is 3636 Pa,more than 2940 Pa "coal mine safety regulations" regulation,the existing system cannot meet the needs of the 12 th and 13 th level extension mining;The effective air flow rate is only 76.7%,which is lower than 87% required by coal mine safety regulations.According to the linxi coal mine ventilation system optimization and deep ventilation scheme technology research,scientific research,aiming at the problem above,using the ventilation shaft and the section optimization mathematics model and the optimization of ventilation resistance,air volume adjustment optimization theory to determine the theoretical basis of the mine ventilation system optimization;To determination of field data of linxi coal mine,using the theory of mine ventilation system optimization and mine ventilation management information system(hereinafter referred to as MVIS)build the linxi mine ventilation simulation system,through the simulation of mine ventilation system of linxi coal mine ventilation system analysis,find out the part of the small cross section of roadway,large resistance,low effective air volume rate of core problem,clean up the high risk of roadway,section optimization,are adopted to decrease the total air volume,replace the fan,the new dig tunnels,increase effective air volume rate,respectively,puts forward four optimized retrofit scheme,the optimized retrofit scheme to make use of MVIS software simulation analysis,Combined with the complexity and uncertainty of mine ventilation,determine the decision-making optimization evaluation factors and weights,using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the results of each scheme selection,in four scheme 2.The optimal alternative solutions.This paper on the existing research results,the mine ventilation system optimization theory,computer technology and analytic hierarchy process cross combination,solved the linxi coal mine low negative pressure big,effective air volume rate.The research of this paper provides a certain theoretical and applied basis for the analysis of mine ventilation system and the optimization and transformation of mine ventilation system.
