Circulating water system is one of the main energy consumption links in power plant production.Its energy utilization efficiency is directly related to the efficiency of power plant and affects the competitiveness of enterprises.In the traditional operation mode,with the change of turbine load and circulating water temperature,the circulating water flow is regulated by the regulation of several circulating pumps directly.The power margin of the motor is large,and the motor is in the running state of under-load or even no-load for a long time.The way the Great Horse pulley works The energy efficiency of circulating water system is low,resulting in a large amount of electric energy waste.In order to reduce energy consumption and reduce energy cost,the original system must be optimized.Firstly,the necessity and significance of the research of circulating water pump system in thermal power plant are described,and the research work done in this paper is analyzed.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the operation mode of circulating water pump system.At the same time,it points out that there is a large optimization space.Secondly,the problems existing in circulating water system of thermal power plant are reformed by frequency conversion,and the optimization system is modeled.The MATLAB toolbox is used to solve the system,and the performance of the system model in energy saving and economy is analyzed.Then,based on the optimization model of the circulating water system,the genetic algorithm combined with the PID control strategy is proposed,and the proposed control strategy is simulated on the basis of the specific pump parameters of a power plant.The feasibility and practicability of the control strategy optimization of the circulating water system are verified by the simulation results.Finally,because of the system optimization demand,the reform scheme of the system high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation circuit is put forward,and according to the system optimization transformation,the function expansion design in the circulating water DCS system is studied accordingly.
