| In recent years,the frequency and intensity of thunderstorms in Beijing have increased significantly,and the probability of damage to gas stations and their equipment by thunderstorms has increased accordingly.Nowadays,the equipment in gas station is more and more advanced,and its electronic technology,technology content and automation degree are far higher than before.Gas pipelines,voltage regulation,metering,filtering and odor adding equipments installed in the open air of the station are all the targets of lightning attack.Once they are hit by lightning,the consequences are unimaginable.Because of this,the design of lightning protection for gas stations has become a top priority.At present,the main cause of major lightning accidents in gas stations is the imperfect lightning protection design.Based on the data of lightning frequency,intensity and duration in Beijing area,this paper analyses the distribution law and scope of lightning relative activity,and chooses Beijing gas station which has been destroyed by lightning to conduct a comprehensive study of lightning protection design,including collecting and investigating relevant technical data of gas station,including field.The height of building,lightning rod or lightning tower,resistance value of grounding device,installation of secondary equipment in the station,grounding system layout of gas station,etc.The lightning protection device installed in gas station is tested to verify its lightning protection effect and reliability of grounding system.Through the research,the lightning protection design of gas station is optimized and analyzed,and the improvement measures of lightning protection technology of gas station in Beijing are put forward.The optimization suggestions of lightning rod number,arrangement position,installation height and electrical wiring mode of secondary equipment are given.Through the research and analysis of lightning accident and lightning protection technology in Beijing gas field station,this paper gives some suggestions and measures to solve the problem,which can provide corresponding technical support for the formulation of standards and norms for lightning protection in Beijing gas industry and the lightning protection transformation and construction of gas field station. |
