Citrus is a citrus subfamily of the genus Rutaceae,with an average annual production of more than 10 million tons in China.It is the most important citrus producing country in the world.In citrus,the weight of orange peel accounts for 30%-50%,among which,it is rich in essential oils,pectin,dietary fiber and pigment.This experiment takes citrus peel as the research object,and studies the process of co-production of essential oil,pectin,dietary fiber and pigment from orange peel,in order to maximize the utilization of orange peel to maximize the utilization of orange peel.?1?Through single factor experiment on liquid-to-liquid ratio,NaCl concentration and distillation time,and then through Box-behnken design,the response surface analysis method was used to optimize the extraction process of orange peel essential oil,and the optimal extraction condition was determined as liquid material.The ratio of 9:1,alcoholic NaCl concentration was1%,distillation time was 9min,and the extraction rate reached 47.12?L/g.?2?the pigments in orange peel were extracted.On the basis of single factor experiment,the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of orange peel pigment.The volume fraction of 80%ethanol+0.5%citric acid?volume ratio 5:1?was used as extractant,orange peel pigment.The best extraction process is liquid to material ratio 14:1,extraction time20min,extraction temperature 54°C,absorbance value 0.534,indicating that the response surface analysis method can obtain very feasible parameters.It can be concluded that with the increase of concentration,its ability to scavenge DPPH·,·OH and O2-is gradually enhanced,and it has high antioxidant activity.?3?After extracting the essential oil from orange peel,the pectin components were extracted.The products prepared by the four methods of acid hydrolysis and salting out,hydrochloric acid hydrolysis,alcohol precipitation,s?Lfite acid hydrolysis and microwave extraction are all pectin products.At the same substrate concentration,the same extraction temperature and extraction time,the microwave extraction method had the best effect,and the extraction rate reached 1.664%.The extraction of pectin from orange peel with H2SO3 as extractant was better than the extraction of pectin with HCl as extractant..Pectin concentration affects light transmission,tensile strength and elongation at break.When the pectin concentration exceeds 1%,the pectin concentration is positively correlated with tensile strength and elongation at break.The properties of the film are also affected by the thickness.The thicker the film,the higher the tensile strength and the greater the elongation at break.The modified starch content is positively correlated with tensile strength and elongation at break.The amount of modified starch added does not affect the light transmittance of the film,and the thickness of the film can affect the light transmittance of the film.The thickness of the film can be increased by the addition of the film builder and is proportional to the elongation at break,but negatively correlated with the light transmittance and tensile strength.?4?After extracting essential oil and pectin,The optimum conditions for alkali soaking of dietary fiber prepared from extracting essential oil and pectin are:alkali concentration 0.5mol/L,alkali soaking temperature 55°C,liquid to material ratio 20:1?ml/g?and The alkali soaking time was 61 min,and under this condition,the yield was 46.50%.
