| Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th Party Congress that it is necessary to maintain the overall national security concept.The major principle of our party’s governance,is coordinating development and security,enhancing the sense of urgency,and achieving peace of mind.The tobacco industry is a manufacturing industry.Security is a prerequisite for all business activities.Security management is the basic condition for the development of the company.Safety training is a basic investment of security management with low cost and high rate.The significance of safety training for safety production is reflected in the following:By conducting multi-form and multi-level safety training,the main responsible person of the company improves safety responsibility and safety awareness so that safety production management personnel have the required safety skills and safety qualities.To enable employees to understand and possess the safety production knowledge required for their work in this industry and this position,to master the necessary safety skills,and to improve the basic quality of safety production,so as to provide a reliable basic guarantee for the safe production of the enterprise.This article takes A tobacco industry enterprise as the research object.First of all,it adopts questionnaires to investigate and analyze the status of corporate security training,summarizes the existing problems of safety training.The program designing is not reasonable enough.Based on the above issues,the author believes that it is necessary to improve and design safety training programs.Next,the article is problem-oriented,through the analysis of existing issues,closed solutions,from the four aspects of the training organization system,training content,stratification,training forms and other ways to improve and improve the training program.It also explores the measures and guarantees needed to ensure that training has achieved substantial results,including leadership attention,departmental collaboration,and incentive mechanisms.Finally,in order to ensure that the training program is implemented,that the implementation is effective,and that the effect is evaluated,this paper uses the Korotkoff assessment method as a model to evaluate the implementation of the training program. |
