Fluorinated polymer of oil proof agent has good properties of water and oil proof.It is a kind of polymer which can be treated by surface coating to achieve the purpose of oil prevention and waterproofing.It can form a dense film to resist oil and water and other substances on the surface of paper,which can reduce the surface tension of paper to give the paper good surface properties.However,the perfluoroalkyl long carbon chain(CnF2n+1,n>8)compounds have low biodegradability,high bioaccumulation and long distance mobility which will cause certain harm to the biology and human beings.The results show that fluorinated acrylic monomers with short carbon chains have good biodegradability and will not have potential harm to human health and environment.Therefore,a short side chain fluoro based self-emulsifying oil-proof agent was prepared in this experiment which use the twelve fluorohepton methacrylate or six fluoro butyl methacrylate as the main single system.The surface properties and other physical properties of the paper are given by the method of surface sizing.Firstly,dodecyl heptyl methacrylate,methyl methacrylate,butyl methacrylate,octadecyl methacrylate,diacetone acrylamide were added in acetone and deionized water.Then,methylacroleoxy ethyl three methyl ammonium chloride and the initiator of azo two isobutadiene nitrile were added.After full deoxygenation of 10min with nitrogen gas,the polymerization was initiated at 65 ? by magnetic stirring.Cetone was evaporated and filtered after the reaction.The emulsion pan-blue fluorine based oil inhibitor was obtained.The effects of the amount of initiator azodiisobutyronitrile,reaction time and temperature on monomer conversion were investigated.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 65 ? and the reaction time is 6.5h,the oil-proof grade can reach 6 grade,which has good water-proof and oil-proof performance.At the same time,infrared spectrum analysis,particle size analysis,stability and energy spectrum analysis were carried out.The polymerization effect,dispersion of emulsion and fluorine content were analyzed.The results show that the self-made short side chain fluorine-containing oil inhibitor has excellent performance and good stability.The performance of the oil-proof agent is analyzed.When the dosage of fluorinated monomer is 80%,the amount of methacryl oxide ethyl three methyl ammonium chloride is 11%,and the amount of azo two isobutadiene is 1.0%,good oil proof effect is achieved.At the same time,the dosage of sizing agent containing fluoroacrylate oil inhibitor,cationic starch,polyvinyl alcohol,neutral adhesive AKD and nano-cellulose were studied.The results show that when the coating amount is 3g/m2,the amount of oil inhibitor is 1.0%,the amount of cationic starch is 5%and the amount of polyvinyl alcohol is 0.8%,AKD is 0.4%,the oil prevention grade can reach 6 grade.The oil-proof grade of nano-cellulose is 7.The surface properties of paper,such as contact angle Cobb value,surface physical properties and scanning electron microscope were analyzed.The contact angle of paper is 96.3°and Cobb value is 17.4.The tensile index,breaking strength and folding resistance of paper are improved to some extent.
