| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the chemical level in China,antioxidants are becoming more and more popular,antioxidants are being used more and more.In a nutshell,antioxidant is a kind of chemicals which can prevent oxidation.And,1010 anti-oxygen is a popular choice because of its good extraction resistance,high thermal stability,long lasting effect and many others.Similarly,nowadays it is well known that the degree of chemical automation is not perfect,sometimes it can be very dangerous.Therefore,it is very important to design a complete,high efficient and safe production monitoring system.At the beginning,this paper analyze the technological process of 1010 anti-oidant,according to the actual production process and the need of manufacturer,combine and analyze some current several popular control strategies,this paper finally choose a control scheme which based on FCS control system.Then I introduce the structure of SHCAN2000 system from software and hardware aspects,I simply introduce a type of upper unit configuration software which called Kingview.Next the design of the whole system is divided into the design of the lower computer and the design of the monitoring interface,then I introduce the whole process of this system design in detail.Debug the system at last,the control of parameters such as temperature,pressure and flow can be realized.Debugging results show that the control system can achieve the requirements of security,stability and high precision.The control system raised by this paper has been proved to be reasonable and practicable.A beneficial attempt has been made in the field of chemical automatic control system. |
