Study On Health Supervision And Management Of Hotel Industry In Taijiang District Of Fuzhou

Frequently exposed hygienic and cleaning disorders in hotel industry have attracted great attention from all walks of life.Although the government supervision departments are increasing the hygienic supervision and management of hotel industry,it is still unable to eradicate the hygienic and cleaning disorders in Hotel industry.In the critical period of the transformation of government functions in China,it is worth studying and thinking about how the government regulatory departments can fully perform the functions of health supervision and management,guide the hotel industry to provide high-quality public health services,avoid the occurrence of hygiene and cleaning disorders,and ensure that public interests are not harmed,which has certain practical significance.Based on the regulation theory and the new public service theory,this paper selected Taijiang District of Fuzhou City as the research object,used the methods of literature review and field investigation to summarize the situation of health supervision and management of hotel industry in Jiang District,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of health supervisors,hotel managers and consumers.The satisfaction of job income and propaganda training is relatively low,the satisfaction of hotel managers to administrative law enforcement procedures,notification,law enforcement attitude,dress and appearance is relatively low,and the satisfaction of consumers to complaint investigation is relatively low;the existing problems in health supervision and management mode,on-site rapid inspection equipment,health knowledge training are analyzed by drawing lessons from home and abroad.Advanced experience,put forward to standardize the training of health supervisors,increase government financial investment,strengthen the construction of health supervision information and other countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve the status of health supervision and management of hotel industry in Taijiang District,improve the quality of health services in Hotel industry,and ensure the physical and mental health of consumers.
