Computer horizontal machine is a high-tech production equipment in knitting industry.Embedded design,Mechanical design,Circuit design,Knitting and other technologies are used in it.The Five-stitch computerized flat knitting machine used the five-needle weaving method.This class machine’s market positioning is "Small batch production,Variety of fabric structure" which met the need of modern knitting enterprises.First of all,the control requirements of the Five-stitch computerized flat knitting machine are analyzed in detail.On this basis,we propose a distributed control system for this class of machine.The whole control system consists of three parts: the Total controller,the Fuselage controller and the Head controller.The Total controller is responsible for the parsing design file for wool products,the weaving process control and man-machine interaction.The Head and Fuselage controller is responsible for driving the actuator to weaving.Second,we chose the processors of each controller.The Total controller uses S3C2416 processor.The Head controller uses STM32F103C8T6 processor as the controller’s processor.and set CPLD processor to extend the I/O port.The controllers communicate with each other through a three-layer cached CAN bus.In order to improve the weaving speed of the Five-stitch computerized flat knitting machine,some improvements have been made in the design scheme.We chose piezoelectric needle picker,its needle selection is faster.We used the head fast commutation algorithm in the weaving process control program.By accelerating the speed of needle selection and machine’s head turning,the weaving speed is increased.After determining the overall design scheme of the control system.We designed the hardware and software of the control system.The hardware design mainly includes: the Total controller circuit board,the Head controller circuit board,the needle selector’s drive circuit board,the motor’s drive circuit board.The software design mainly includes: the program of weaving control,the program of parsing design file and the program of human-computer interaction interface program.After long-term debugging,the Total controller,the Head controller and other circuit boards are working normally.All application runs normally,realizing interface’s display,knitting’s control,fancy file’s parsing and other functions.The head reversing program wastested,the weaving speed is improved effectively.The needle selection speed of the system was tested and its speed was improved obviously.The test results prove that this scheme can realize the basic control function of five-pin cross machine and improve the weaving speed of the Five-stitch computerized flat knitting machine. |
