Electric shovel is the main excavation machinery to open-pit mines,push-reducer push the bucket rod of electric shovel to drive the bucket to complete the loading action.At present,the support bearing of electric shovel push-reducer output shaft is sliding bearing structure with grease lubrication method.The grease is pressed into the working surface of the bearing through a grease pump.Due to the influence of working conditions,there is phenomenon that the grease could not press into the working surface,which causing abrasion because of the insufficient lubrication at bearing surface.That increase the working clearance between bearings,generate radial vibration when output shaft works,and cause pitting corrosion and shedding of output gear tooth surfaces.Result to the abnormality of electric shovel and affect the production.To the problem in the structural design of grease lubrication sliding bearing on the output shaft of WK type electric shovel push system,propose a new type low pressure oil lubrication bearing structure.The bearing use low pressure oil lubrication method to bearing cavity:when the electric shovel is with no working load,the hydraulic pressure separates the push shaft of push system from the surface which support the slide bearing instantaneously,the lubricating oil enters into the bearing working surface.When electric shovel is with full working load,push shaft press to the working surface of the supporting sliding bearing by load acts.It forms pressure oil film on the contact surface between the push shaft and the bearing,solving the problem of rapid wearing of grease lubrication bearing surface of push shaft,and improving the fatigue life of sliding bearing.A new type of lubrication method is used on the electric shovel equipment when push-reducer output spindle sliding bearing.The structure is designed to seal the end face to solve the problem of fluid lubrication oil leakage with a certain pressure at end face.Analyze the pressure distribution of the lubricant in the labyrinth seal by Fluent.Analyze grid size,labyrinth clearance,viscosity and other factors,so as to optimize the structure of the bearing end sealing to improve the sealing performance.By sealing test of sliding bearing and wearing test of sliding bearing,it is verified that the new bearing structure can meet the engineering application requirements.
