With the rapid development of the national economy and national defense modernization,the development of manufacturing industry towards high precision,sharp direction,especially the rapid development of automobile,shipbuilding,textile,electronics,aerospace,military and other fields of national economy and national defense,the machine precision and productivity requirements more and more high.Because of its flexibility,wide process adaptability and stable structural performance,Longmen machining center is full of market demand.But at present,domestic production is difficult,so users still mainly import foreign processing centers in Longmen.In order to meet the needs of the domestic market and meet the needs of users for high-speed,high-precision and high-performance machine tools,it is imperative to develop the Longmen processing center in line with the requirements of the domestic market.This paper makes a systematic exposition for the development of high precision,Then the rationalization of the structure of the machine tool and the rationalization of the heat source layout are studied.Finally,the overall shape of the machine is optimized by CAD.The emphasis is on the design and research of high precision,high speed,high torque spindle units and servo drive system of high precision hydrostatic worm and high precision ball screw used in machine tools.In the design,the basic structure of the machine tool,the hydraulic and lubrication system and the optimal design of the cooling chip removal system are taken into account.In this paper,the design and calculation of the spindle unit and the feed system of the machine tool in Longmen machining center are discussed in detail.The spindle unit determines the power and torque characteristics;transmission mode and layout;static stiffness;critical speed;dynamic balance and other aspects of the design,the required bearing spindle unit in the design load and service life of bearing group,the.The material of the spindle shaft and the heat treatment mode are selected.According to the result of design calculation,the complete design scheme of machine tool spindle unit is obtained.The machine tool feed system for feeding motor capacity calculation,transmission ratio calculation,transmission system design and calculation of inertia moment,the calculation of the motor torque calculation,design and calculation system stiffness design and other aspects of the design,the calculation results combined with the design of machine tool feed system.In order to ensure that the machine has high rigidity,high speed,high efficiency and high precision,in Longmen processing center of the main body,after the completion of machine tool manufacturing machine with emphasis on sweeping test,performance test and load test are necessary,through the analysis and test the structure design of machine tools to meet the design requirements,and for the future of new product design and machining center in Longmen has accumulated valuable experience.
