Lead-based perovskite materials have always been the focus in the field of optoelectronic information materials and photoelectric conversion materials.In this paper,we prepared PMN-PZ-PT(i.e.Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3)single crystal for the research and exploration of lead-based perovskite materials.The Zirconium element was doped into PMN-PT single crystal(i.e.Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3)to increase its curie temperature,and we measured the ferroelectric properties of PMN-PZ-PT single crystal for better piezoelectric applications.Also,in the field of photoelectric conversion of solar cells,we grew the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite single crystal MAX?i.e.CH3NH3PbX3,X=Cl,Br,I?and measured the various physical and optical properties of it to know whether it could be used in solar cell area.We prepared a piece of PMN-PZ-PT single crystal and measured its ferroelectric,piezoelectric,dielectric and optical transparency.From this research we found that the curie temperature of the Zr-doped PMN-PZ-PT single crystal reaches 162?,which is obviously higher than the 145?of the traditional PMN-PT single crystal,which means that Zr-doping can effectively increase the Curie temperature of the crystal.At the same time,the piezoelectric properties of three samples were tested and their piezoelectric coefficients d33 were 1180 pC/N,1352 pC/N and 1570 pC/N respectively,which were in good agreement with those of traditional PMN-PT crystals.The coercive field of PMN-PZ-PT single crystal is in the range of 58 kV,while the traditional PMN-PT single crystal is generally in the range of 2.53.5 kV,which indicating the ferroelectric properties of PMN-PZ-PT single crystal can also be comparable with PMN-PT single crystal.We also found the transmittance of PMN-PZ-PT crystal is good in the range of 200nm to 580nm and 850nm to 1100nm,which indicating it could be used as optical material in some conditions.For MAX single crystals,we mainly determined the properties of CH3NH3PbI3?MAI?single crystal,including XRD,internal electron transmission lifetime,fluorescence spectra,relationship of voltage and current under dark conditions and absorption spectra under UV-IR.From the research we found that the surface morphology of MAI crystal is good,the internal electron transmission lifetime?=9.9ns and the internal potential trap density nt=3.8×1010 cm-3.From the absorption spectrum of the crystal from UV to IR,we can see the MAI single crystal has a good absorbance from 200nm up to814nm,which means the crystal have a good absorption under the sunshine and could be used as good solar cell material.
