Fuzzy Ball’s working fluid as a new type of underground working fluid,the study on the rheological properties is still in initial stage,but its rheological property is of great significance.Because not only can do the hydraulic calculation combined with field data to guide the field work;also in formulation optimization,as the rheology control theory.Therefore,it is necessary to research the rheological properties of Fuzzy Ball’s working fluid,especially research the rheological factors and rheological models.In this paper,studying the rheology of Fuzzy ball’s CBM drilling fluid as an example,to build the basic research of the system of Fuzzy Ball’s working fluid.Based on studying the literatures about the rheology of the foam fluid,including CBM drilling fluid,find out the four key factors.Which are density,temperature,pressure and shear rate,they affect the rheology of Fuzzy ball’s CBM drilling fluid.Used the MARSIII rheometer with the high-pressure closed test system and designed experiment to collect data.Then,I analysed the factors that influence the rheology of Fuzzy ball’s CBM drilling fluid,and established its rheological model.The results showed that H-B Model is the rheological optimization model of Fuzzy ball’s CBM drilling fluid under given conditions.At last,I used BP Neural Network Algorithm to build a new model that can predict the rheological properties of Fuzzy ball’s CBM drilling fluid under different conditions.
