Since twenty-first Century,through the innovation of geological theory and practical exploration,shale gas resources have been developed into a new height by the long-term "Oblivion" of mankind.Physical properties of shale gas and other dense oil and gas resources due to the difficulty of mining,so it is necessary to take the transformation of horizontal well drilling and volume fracturing technology,will be transformed into a hard and compact rock can for the development of the "artificial reservoir",which is a systematic research and practice system.Therefore,the theoretical innovation and technological innovation of fracturing are bound to be the soul of shale gas and tight oil and gas exploration and development.And fracturing tools play a key role in them.In many horizontal wells open-hole packer and sliding sleeve staged fracturing,toe pressure sleeve opening success rate is not high,so the main content of this paper is to optimize the design to improve the reliability of the differential pressure of the sliding sleeve,the paper carried out the following aspects of the work:1?Horizontal well at home and abroad on the open-hole fracturing used in toe pressure sleeve investigation and analysis comparison,put forward the domestic pressure sleeve open the low success rate of tools is the main reason for the sliding sleeve structure deformation and sealing failure itself.2 ? By means of AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS software,the design and improvement of pressure sliding sleeve are carried out,and the sliding sleeve structure is evaluated by ABAQUS.3?Make use of ABAQUS to evaluate the sealing performance of the sliding sleeve,and optimize the material of the O sealing ring.4?The indoor test scheme of differential pressure slip sleeve is designed,and the indoor test is carried out successfully,which proves the scientific rationality of the design.
