Plunger gas lifting belongs to gas lifting technology,the mean purpose of it Is dewatering and pressure recovering,it represents itself as a simple and low-cost way to enhance gas production.it is one of the most important dewatering technology,to build its dynamical model is crucial in plunger gas lift optimization and designing.In this paper,a large number of gas lift technology is reviewed,a new dynamical model is developed,aiming at describing the hole plunger system dynamically and visually.In this model the annulus is sealed from tubing,there is no connection between annulus and tubing.in the bottom hole pressure and pressure under plunger is changing as the plunger is traveling,and all parameter of system can be recorded,a program has been developed using by C#,the program can display the plunger real-time position,speed,the bottom hole pressure and pressure under plunger,yield production,and other important parameters,according to real-time data can be gotten form every cycle.The operating parameters of plunger can be settled before starting a cycle,like liquid,friction coefficient,size,depth,pressure,and so on,the value of the movement can be simulated.collected.The comparison of stimulation results with data from oilfield shows that the model is reliable and acceptable,the program can not only guide on-site production management,but also simulate the different types of plunger under different conditions in plunger gas lifting process.The model has made a foundation in optimization of plunger gas lift with a packer.
