China is rich in shale gas recoverable resources,vigorously develop shale gas is the urgent needs of the development of national energy.Core is efficient to develop shale gas horizontal well drilling and well completion and the staged fracturing technology,widely used at home and abroad oil-base drilling fluid drilling horizontal well,the casing cementing,the application of bridge plug large-scale staged fracturing implementation development.Compared with shallow shale gas development,cementing face well depth deeper,higher temperatures,shale formation stress is higher,the implementation of staged fracturing pressure is higher,to keep the cement ring seal integrity of cement ring strength and toughness put forward higher requirements.Conventional cement due to its inherent brittleness properties,unable to meet the demand of large deep shale gas staged fracturing.In this paper,based on the research on the mechanical behavior of water in the fracturing process of debris,from the point of transformation of cement stone,through the special coating technology research and development of resistance to high temperature elastic and core-shell particles toughening material,added to cement toughness,improve the shock resistance.Using the grading principle,to the cement,the micro silicon,drift beads,core-shell elastic material for grading,enhances the packing density of cement,established a deep shale gas high strength ductile slurry system design method.Carried out a series of laboratory evaluation test,optimum stabilizing agent,dispersing agent,such as cement admixture,the high strength elastic resilience formula,the material,the performance of the slurry system was optimized and developed based on the particle size distribution of deep shale gas high strength ductile slurry system,density:1.9g/cm~3,ability to resist temperature reached 120?,24 h compressive strength is greater than 15 MPa,modulus of elasticity is about 6 GPa,greatly improve the impact resistance of cement stone.Deep shale gas development based on the grain size distribution of high strength elastic resilience in page 1-HF well cement slurry system such as 2 used in deep shale gas well cementing,the cementing quality qualified rate 100%,meet the requirements of the deep shale gas fracturing construction.
