| Drilling,fracturing and drainage are important parts of CBM development,but they have not been paid enough attention to for a long time.CBM development is not completely out of dependence on oil field experience,drainage process system is not independent and perfect,also exists several problems,such as: the problem of equipment,unreasonable parameter,low efficiency,and the working system of gas well productivity,they all affect the economic development and utilization of coalbed methane.Based on the above situation,this paper summarizes the principle and adaptability and limitations of the commonly used mining and drainage technology on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of coalbed methane drainage and extraction;through the establishment of three models of sucker rod pump,screw pumps and and jet pump drainage process efficiency of the system,system factors and the influence on the energy loss recovery process are analyzed,and based on the related process of each drainage process,design the corresponding optimization methods and draw the flow chart;a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with Yaahp software is applied to optimize the extraction process;finally,through numerical simulation,the factors that influence the effect of coalbed methane well drainage are analyzed from two aspects of Geology and Engineering;the system of CBM production and drainage is simulated and optimized from two aspects of reasonable water production and pressure drop. |
