Gas-solid airlift loop reactor is a new kind of gas-solid fluidized bed reactor by compling the gas-liquid air loop theory to gas-solid fluidization system successfully.This paper in a?586 mm diameter system of circulation of circulation pre stripper&vortex quick separator system?CSVQS?compared the effect of stripping gas velocity on radical distribution of particle concentration and velocity in pre-stripping section by use the PV-6D optical fiber measurement system.At the same time,this paper put forward a new method which used the gas pulse tracer method to measure particle circulation and circulation velocity,and compared the effect of stripping gas velocity on particle circulation and circulation velocity in pre-stripping section.In addition,according to the calculation method which was proposed in this paper,compared the effect of the distribution of average residence time on stripping gas velocity.The main research results is as follows:?1?The concentration of particles in the draft tube and the annulus increases with the increase of the gas velocity of the annulus,which increases first and then decreases.When there is or no stripping gas velocity,the particle concentration tends to be the same.But when the stripping gas velocity exists,the particle concentration along the radial distribution becomes steep;With the increase of the gas velocity of the draft tube,the concentration of particles in the annulus decreases,the concentration of particles in the gap area increases,When there is no or no stripping gas velocity,the particle concentration tends to be the same,but when the stripping gas velocity exists,the particle concentration becomes flat along the radial distribution;The increase of stripping gas velocity causes the particle concentration of the draft tube to decrease gradually,and the concentration of particles in the annulus is increased.?2?The velocity of the particle in the draft tube increases with the increase of the velocity of the stripping gas,and decreases with the increase of the gas velocity in the annulus,The change of particle velocity in the annulus is not obvious.When there is no or no stripping gas velocity,the particle velocity trend is the same;The increase of the velocity of the stripping gas increases the particle velocity of the draft tube,and the velocity of the particles in the annulus not change much.?3?The circulation and circulation velocity of the particles increase first and then decrease with the increase of the gas velocity in the annulus when there is no velocity of the stripping or the velocity of the stripping is 0.06 m·s-1.Its tendency to change is always increased when the stripping gas velocity is 0.10 m·s-1 and 0.13 m·s-1.The circulation and circulation velocity of the particles are the same as the gas velocity of the draft tube when there is or no stripping gas velocity.In addition,as the stripping gas increases,the circulation velocity and circulation of the particles are increasing.?4?The average residence time distribution of the riser particles in the preheating section of the riser becomes narrow when there is stripping velocity.When the average residence time of the particles is the same,the amount of the riser particles discharged from the pre-stripping section is decreased.
