As the core equipment of the cement production enterprise,the rotary kiln has a great influence on the economic benefits of the enterprise.The rotary kiln shell will appear bending phenomenon under the condition of high temperature,heavy load and uneven heating.The bending failure of the shell seriously affects the normal work of the core components of the rotary kiln,and leads to a series of associated faults,resulting in the damage of related equipment and even the great economic losses.In order to meet the urgent needs of the relevant industries for the on-line fault diagnosis of rotary kiln equipment,In view of the lack of the research on the on-line detection and identification of the bending failure of the rotary kiln in china.This paper through the analysis of cause of bending failure of rotary kiln and the mutual influence of shell bending and roller vibration,a fault diagnosis method that based on dual tree complex wavelet transform for the detection and recognition of rotary kiln shell bending was proposed.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper carried out the static and dynamic analysis between the roller and the shell,established the roller dynamics model,the dynamic equations were solved by using Matlab,draw the different states of the roller deflection response curve.The frequency response of the deflection response curve is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the further study of shell bending fault diagnosis.(2)In this paper,the dual tree complex wavelet transform is used to extract the fault features.For one-dimensional signal processing,this method has strong anti frequency aliasing ability and approximate shift invariant,the former is beneficial for multi component separation of harmonic signals,the latter is very conducive to the extraction of periodic impact characteristics.We use the multi-harmonic simulation signal and the continuous impact translation signal to verify its frequency band aliasing and approximate translation invariance.(3)In this paper,a new method of on line measurement and recognition of rotary kiln shell bending is put forward based on the principle of roller deflection measurement.In this method,the fault sensitive information is extracted from the deflection data of each roller,the cylinder rotation frequency(Fk)? roller rotation frequency(Fr)and their double frequency components are separated.These characteristic frequencies directly reflect the periodic variation of load contact between tyre and roller,the magnitude of the amplitude reflects the critical parameters such as the bending degree of the shell,the unbalance degree of the roller and the stress condition of the roller are important index to judge the bending failure.(4)On the basis of the above research,this paper analyzes the requirements of the online detection and recognition system for the shell bending,and design the online detection and recognition system of the shell bending.The system can realize the functions of multi-channel data acquisition,data processing,fault warning and bending trend recording.
