| UV-curing technology has been used widely in paint,ink,adhesive,medicine material,3D shape,optical fiber,and other fields for“5E”characteristics The curing system was consisted of oligomer,reactive diluent,photoinitators and other additives.Photoinitiators made an direct effect on polymerization rate and performances of products.Small molecule photoinitiators have poor compatibility with resin,easy migration,yellowing,oxygen inhibition etal.Compounds of Benzophenone with tertiary amine have high photoinitiability.However,Tertiary amine maybe produce volatile easily,migrated from curing films,resulted in toxicity and smell for products.Plasticizing effect influenced the quality and the use life of products.To solve these problems,novel photoinitiators with high polymerization rate,low mobility,good compatibility achieved much more attention in recent years.Macro photoinitiators usually had several photoinitiated group and excellent performances.Its had been an important direction for photoinitiators.Polyether can also serve as hydrogen donor for Norrish II photoinitiators.Especially,polyether possess water soluble and oil soluble at the same time.Compatibility of materials in water or oil systems can be improved.Polyether have higher environment and health signification compared with tertiary amine.In this thesis,we designed two new photoinitiators based on the theoretical basis.The main contents are described as follows:Two long arms difunctional macro photoinitiators(MPIs)were synthesized by the reaction of ethoxylated pentaerythrotol/di-pentaerythritol with isocyanate-terminated prepolymer which obtained through the reaction of PEG400 with isophorone diisocyanate and Irgacure 2959.The structures of MPIs were characterized by FT-IR,~1H NMR,UV-Vis.Decomposition mechanism of MPIs were analyzed by UV-Vis Spectrometer.The effect of photoinitiability and dosage of MPIs for polymerized dynamics was investigated by real-time FT-IR technology.The performances of films were discussed in the last.Results showed that the MPIs have higher photoinitiability and lower migration compared with small molecular Irgacure2959.Compatibility of MPIs were studied in water or oil system.by compounded BP with MPIs.The photoinitiability of MPIs/BP and synergistic effect of polyether were investigated by real-time FT-IR technology,Migration and gel rate of curing films also were studied in the final.Results revealed that the solubility of MPIs were improved in active diluents and resin,MPIs/BP not only have high photoinitiability,low mobility,slight yellowing. |
