The use of advanced composite materials is increasing day by day in various fields.The curing stage in material processing and manufacturing is one of the key processes that affect the quality of thermosetting composite products.Through the simulation of thermosetting composite materials,it is possible to control the influencing factors and predict the solidification deformation of the composites during the design phase,which can greatly reduce the time and raw material consumption and achieve the purpose of reducing the production cost.In this paper,the curing process of thermosetting composites is first studied.The process of RTM molding and autoclave molding are discussed.According to the characteristics of autoclave forming process,the forming process principle and heat transfer path And heat transfer law,and carry on the simulation analysis of the temperature field of frame mold in autoclave.The thermal stress generated in the thermosetting composite curing process is mainly controlled by the temperature field of the composite material,and the curing shrinkage stress is mainly controlled by the curing degree of the composite material.Based on the coupled calculation of thermochemical model and solidification kinetics model,the temperature field and the curing degree field of two-dimensional arc-shaped composite materials and three-dimensional composite laminates are solved.According to the variation rule of thermophysical properties of composite materials,the structural mechanics module was added into the thermo-chemical module to study the solidification deformation of composite materials.The curing simulation of curved composite materials and stiffened panels were respectively solved.Effect of Deformation on Composite Components.Based on this,the simulation of the deformation of composite wing skin was carried out.Finally,the compensation of the curved surface of the composite material was carried out by using the surface compensation algorithm based on the node deformation.
